Herb and Health Fiesta at final Ilford Pop Up Green market 14 July

This is the final community cafe and market in our present location. We are taking a break in August and will be back at end of September with the annual Food Fest, hopefully at Cranbrook Baptist Church. More details to follow.

Herbs & herbs:
12.00 Making kombucha with Julie Luce
12.45 – Herbs Fiesta – a workshop with herbalist Angela St Ville on the local herbs you can use for your health
Mending/repairs/green travel:
Repair cafe – bring broken stuff and see if Hamant and Dilip can mend it (free)
Bike repairs and sales – Ilford Recycles CIC will be mending and selling bikes
Food/community:
Community cafe
Local fresh herb teas
Conversation and friendship
Stalls:
Ummi Ummi African inspired crafts, Cacti & succulants, hand made fashion jewellry, recycled/hand painted crafts, bric and brac, hand knitted baby clothes and of course recycled bikes.
