This is about involving as many people, cultures and food knowledge as possible.   We want to celebrate the small pots of coriander growing on window sills, fruit trees, garden veg, allotments as well as all the knowledge about tasty recipes, preserving food and ways to reduce food wastage.   So, just make contact with us and we will incorporate your ideas and suggestions!
